Join us next Thursday, July 16th at 2pm PDT for Vent-Con QA! This virtual mini-conference will build on our May Vent-Con event, and will discuss open source ventilators on the topic of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance. The conference will once again be hosted by Make.co, Helpful Engineering, and Public Invention and is free of charge.
As COVID-19 cases continue to surge in the United States and in many places around the world, it is critical that we maintain our dedication to and enthusiasm for the ventilator project. Our knowledge is developing and progressing every day as we’re starting to understand what is needed to treat COVID-19. Through events such as Vent-Con QA, we can come together, learn from each other, and forge a path toward outsmarting and defeating this virus.
Vent-Con QA will feature presenters from a myriad of backgrounds. In the 3.5 hour event, we will examine the ventilator project from medical, risk, design, legal, and various other perspectives. Our very own Public Invention President Robert L. Read is one of our valued speakers, and his presentation will discuss the current state of open source ventilation.
